The Office of Child Support Enforcement (OCSE), Administration for Children and Families (ACF), U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, is proposing to renew the collection of expenditure estimate forms for the tribal child support program through an optional financial reporting form called the Tribal Budget and Narrative Justification Template. Minor changes are proposed, including updates to citations and hyperlinks and discontinuation of the Word and Excel 1115 Waiver versions of the template. This template is designed to help tribes operating approved tribal child support programs prepare their annual budget and narrative justification estimates in accordance with tribal child support enforcement regulations. The public is invited to comment on this proposal by May 28, 2026.
