VCH has issued this Request for Proposals to invite qualified consultants to provide managing consultant services for the VGH JPS Biplane Angio System Installation project. The successful proponent will act as a Managing Consultant (Architect), engaging necessary sub-consultants for architectural, structural, mechanical, electrical, and code compliance services.
