Weber County Library Board of Directors is seeking a qualified, licensed service provider to provide a screen wall and reroof of the Pleasant Valley Branch Library located at 5568 S Adams Ave, Washington Terrace, Utah. The project includes a new roof membrane overlay and a new roof screen wall at air handler units and condensing tower. A mandatory pre-submittal meeting is scheduled for May 12, 2026, with a project tour following the meeting. Proposals must be submitted electronically by May 21, 2026.
