This solicitation is for the modernization of the lighting system at Théâtre Rouge in Montréal. The current lighting equipment is mostly traditional and the theater's backstage space is very limited, with no individual carriers or ceiling traps. The existing cyclorama lighting is bulky, heavy, difficult to use, and energy-intensive, offering only three colors at a time with quickly burning color filters. The procurement seeks to modernize the lamps used for the cyclorama to expand lighting possibilities.
