Le ministère des Ressources naturelles et des Forêts (MRNF) cherche un prestataire pour réaliser des photographies aériennes numériques multispectrales géoréférencées, incluant bandes couleur (RGB) et infrarouge (NIR), ainsi que la production de modèles photogrammétriques et d’orthomosaïques d’orthophotographies à une résolution de 20 cm. Le contrat couvre les régions du Bas-Saint-Laurent et de l’Outaouais et dure 9 mois, débutant à la signature et se terminant au plus tard le 19 janvier 2027. Le prestataire doit avoir un établissement permanent dans les territoires visés. Le ministre ne garantit pas l’acceptation des soumissions si les prix sont jugés trop élevés ou non justes.
