Description

This Request for Proposal is for a general contractor to perform landscaping and related renewal work in the Hillview Neighbourhood. The scope includes renewal of sidewalks, breezeways, lighting, site furniture, landscaping, and the addition of Low Impact Development (LID) features. The work will be coordinated with the Neighbourhood Renewal team and is planned over two construction seasons, 2026 and 2027. The contract duration is estimated at 29 months, starting approximately June 8, 2026.
