Description

The project involves enabling civil, remediation, and horizontal infrastructure works within defined Phase 1 limits to support phased redevelopment of the Shannon Park lands and future vertical construction. Work includes site preparation and earthworks such as clearing, excavation, grading, backfill, and compaction, remediation activities, and decommissioning of existing underground and above ground services. It also includes installation of new underground servicing systems (water, sanitary, storm), roadway and collector corridor construction, and associated surface works like sidewalks, markings, restoration, and landscaping.
