EPCOR Distribution & Transmission (EDTI) is seeking a qualified proponent to perform a comprehensive inspection, survey, and engineering assessment of multiple high-voltage underground transmission river crossings that use high-pressure fluid-filled (HPFF) cable systems beneath the North Saskatchewan River in Edmonton. The project aims to maintain the integrity, stability, and protection of these assets to ensure system reliability and mitigate risks such as mechanical damage, soil erosion, and potential fluid leaks. Access to the bid package is granted via invitation after signing a Confidentiality Agreement. The contract duration is estimated at 36 months starting from July 31, 2026.
