The Oregon Army National Guard is seeking contractor support for a CERFP (CBRNE Enhanced Response Force Package) Sustainment and Certification Exercise at Camp Rilea, Oregon. - Government Buyer: - Department of the Army, Oregon National Guard (ORNG), W7NW USPFO Activity OR ARNG - Products and Equipment Requested: - Lumber packages in various sizes (6x6x8, 4x4x12, 2x6x12, 2x4x8, 4x8x3/4 plywood) - Expendables for search and extraction (nails, rebar/steel rods, circular saw blades, drill bits, chisel bits, white lithium grease) - Concrete slabs (5x5x6, rebar reinforced) - Weighted manikins (10 per day, various sizes) - All-terrain forklift (10,000 lbs. capacity or equivalent) - Services Requested: - Rubble Pile (SCVS) reset and support, including heavy equipment and labor - Role player and moulage support (up to 50 role players per day, moulage, simulants, injury cards) - Ambulance support (2 ambulances, 4 EMTs, Basic and Advanced Life Support) - SCVS subject matter experts (3 certified technical rescue personnel) - Associated support services and after-action reporting - Unique/Notable Requirements: - Contractor must provide Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS) with offer submissions - Emphasis on safety, quality control, and compliance with federal regulations - Daily operational periods and phased delivery schedule - Set aside for Total Small Business, including HUBZone, SDVOSB, and WOSB - Locations: - Primary performance at Camp Rilea Armed Forces Training Center, Warrenton, OR - Deliveries to Portland Air National Guard Base - Additional federal facilities in Warrenton, Clackamas, and Salem, OR
