Description

This is a non-personal professional service to provide materials and install new roll up garage doors and equip current doors with mechanically operated functionality at Lake Washington Ship Canal at Seattle, WA. The Government shall not exercise any direct supervision over the contract service providers performing the services herein. Work will include the removal of some doors to be replaced by those of similar size, that will not require alterations to the existing exterior openings. Work will also consist of upgrading manually operated doors to mechanically operated with actuators. The installation of these doors, or upgrading to allow powered operation, will require minor alteration work on interior jams to accommodate new hardware.
