Description

The United States Department of Agriculture (USDA), Animal Plant Health Inspection Service (APHIS), Wildlife Services (WS) program intends to procure 2,500 pounds (500, five-pound bottles) of Delta Dust insecticide for mission requirements in Montana.

This solicitation will result in a one-time commercial purchase order. Delivery FOB destination to Billings, MT by May 15, 2026. The anticipated effective date of the contract is April 30, 2026. This will be a total small business set-aside under NAICS code 325320 (size standard 1,150 employees). The solicitation package will be issued via email IAW FAR Model Deviation [Revolutionary FAR Overhaul (RFO)] 12.201-1(c)(2). Evaluation will be IAW FAR Model Deviation [Revolutionary FAR Overhaul (RFO)] 12.203(a) Price, Technical, and Past Performance. Basis for award will be best value to the government; comparative evaluation of quotations will be used. All responsible sources may submit a quotation for consideration by the specified response deadline.
