The City of Houston is seeking contractors for a large-scale sanitary sewer rehabilitation project. - Government Buyer: - City of Houston (local government) - Products/Services Requested: - Pipe bursting of approximately 26,110 feet of sanitary sewer (6 to 18 inches diameter) - Installation of 3,010 feet of cured-in-place pipe (8 to 24 inches diameter) - Repair or replacement of 67 service laterals up to 8 feet from the main - Repair or replacement of 1,257 feet of service laterals beyond 8 feet from the main - Cleaning and television inspection of 36,255 feet of gravity sanitary sewer - Reconnection of 535 services - 102 point repairs on gravity sanitary sewers (6 to 24 inches diameter) - 534 feet of additional sewer replacement - Construction of approximately 8 new manholes - Rehabilitation of 720 vertical feet of manholes - Removal and replacement of 1,020 square yards of up to 2-inch hot-mix asphaltic concrete - Removal and replacement of 455 square yards of 8-inch concrete pavement - Removal of 10,515 feet of existing liners from host pipe - Restoration of disturbed surface features - Unique/Notable Requirements: - All work must comply with the Project Manual and related technical documents - Project classified under NIGP codes 1937 (Sewer Repair/Rehabilitation) and 491 (Sewer/Drainage Construction/Rehabilitation) - No specific OEMs or vendors are named in the solicitation - The project is located within the City of Houston, Harris County, Texas

This solicitation is for the rehabilitation of sanitary sewer infrastructure in Houston, Texas.
