Description
The City of Houston's Housing and Community Development Department is seeking qualified for-profit and non-profit developers to build affordable single-family homes for low- to moderate-income homebuyers up to 120% of the Area Median Income. Developers must demonstrate the capacity to design, construct, market, and sell new single-family homes on a specific site selected by the City.
