Description

The City of Houston Mayor's Office is seeking proposals from qualified firms to partner in the City's Power Resiliency Program. The selected contractor will support engineering design, procurement, construction, commissioning, energization, and maintenance of power generation systems. The project may include participation in energy arbitrage markets where feasible, with profit sharing with the City. The City intends to enter into contracts for up to twenty-five years, with possible negotiation of contract terms.
