Description
The City of Houston Mayor's Office is seeking proposals from qualified firms to partner in the City's Power Resiliency Program. The selected contractor will support engineering design, procurement, construction, commissioning, energization, and maintenance of all systems under the procurement contract. For locations where energy arbitrage is feasible, the contractor will engage in the market and share profits with the City. The City intends to enter into one or more contracts with qualified firms specializing in power generation systems for a term of up to twenty-five years, with the possibility of negotiating a different term if it adds value.
