Description

The Lea County Board of County Commissioners is requesting proposals from qualified vendors to provide comprehensive health care services and mental health services within a secure environment at the Lea County Detention Center. The contract will be multi-term, starting on July 1, 2026. The center manages both juvenile and adult detention for males and females and employs approximately 106 full-time staff. Offerors must meet standards of NCCHC, ACA, and NMC Detention Standards and are encouraged to exceed the minimum scope of work.
