Description
The City of Houston seeks qualified consulting Respondents to provide Professional Engineering Services for the East Water Purification Plant Enhancement Project. The selected engineering firm will serve as the Engineer of Record and will be responsible for designing new 360 million gallons per day (MGD) water treatment facilities, consisting of four 90 MGD treatment trains, on the existing EWPP monofil site. The project will be coordinated with a separately contracted Construction-Manager-at-Risk (CMAR) entity. A separate Project 2 involving solids handling, piping, and other improvements is not included in this solicitation.
