Houston Public Works (HPW) is seeking a vendor to sell and distribute up to 180 rain barrels to City Council District H Residents in the Greater Houston area. The vendor must provide a website or webpage for pre-sale, manage sales and resident pre-qualification, deliver to the event site, and provide staffing for unloading and staging. The vendor is responsible for all resident communication before and during the event. Distribution will occur during a one-day pick-up event on a Saturday in Fall or Winter 2025, with the date coordinated between HPW and the vendor. The award will be based on the best price meeting specifications.
