Houston Public Works (HPW) is seeking a vendor to sell and distribute up to 123 rain barrels specifically to City Council District H Residents in the Greater Houston area. The vendor will provide a website or webpage for pre-sale, manage sales, conduct Resident pre-qualification, deliver to the event site, and provide adequate staffing for unloading and staging of rain barrels. Distribution will occur in a one-day pick-up event scheduled for a Saturday in Fall or Winter 2025, with the date coordinated between HPW and the vendor. The award will be based on the best price meeting the specifications.
