Houston Public Works (HPW) is seeking a vendor to sell and distribute up to 150 rain barrels specifically to City Council District H Residents in the Greater Houston area. The vendor must provide a website or webpage for pre-sale, manage sales, handle resident pre-qualification, deliver to the event site, and provide adequate staffing for unloading and staging. The vendor is also responsible for all resident communication before and during the event. Distribution will occur during a one-day pick-up event scheduled for a Saturday in Fall or Winter 2026, with the date coordinated between Houston Public Works and the vendor.
