Description

The City of Houston is seeking proposals from contractors to provide Emergency Response Services to older homebound individuals. The services include installation of monitoring units, key lockboxes, training on system use, periodic functionality checks, equipment maintenance, emergency response by medical or volunteer personnel, and follow-up with the individual. The system links to emergency medical services when the individual's life or safety is at risk. The City intends to award one or more contracts through this RFP.
