The City of Houston is seeking qualified consulting firms to provide Professional Engineering Services in support of regulatory permitting and compliance activities at various wastewater treatment plant (WWTP) facilities. Services include preparation and submittal of TPDES permit renewals and amendments, storm water and air permitting support, laboratory testing coordination, and assistance with pretreatment and related regulatory programs.
