The U.S. Air Force at Eielson Air Force Base, Alaska, is seeking contractor support for helicopter transport and logistics services to remote sites within the Joint Pacific Alaska Range Complex (JPARC). - Government Buyer: - U.S. Air Force, 354th Range Squadron, Eielson Air Force Base, Alaska - Services Requested: - Helicopter transport for personnel and equipment to remote JPARC sites - 130 hours of light weight helicopter logistics (2 personnel, up to 100 lbs) - 130 hours of medium weight helicopter logistics (4 personnel, up to 500 lbs) - 50 hours of medium weight helicopter logistics under Instrument Flight Rules (IFR) for night/low-visibility operations - Comprehensive helicopter logistics management, including flight hour procurement, mission coordination, external sling load operations, and hazardous materials transport - Deliverables: monthly status reports, service request forms, mission-specific flight plans - Unique/Notable Requirements: - Contractor must be FAA-certified and qualified for IFR operations - Support for major military training exercises (e.g., RED FLAG-Alaska) - Management of subcontractors, compliance with safety and environmental regulations - No specific OEMs or vendors are named; the opportunity is open to qualified helicopter service providers - Place of Performance: - Eielson Air Force Base and multiple remote federal facilities within the JPARC, including Blair Lakes Range, Donnelly Dome, Porcupine Ridge Comm Site, and others

To provide helicopter operations for transport of personnel and light lift materials to remote sites located within the Joint Pacific Alaska Range Complex (JPARC) in Eielson AFB, Alaska. (This is a follow-on requirement from contract number FA521521R0015). PWS attached for reference and specific details. 

The Contractor will provide 130 hours of light weight helicopter logistics and operations capable of transporting 2 (two) range personnel and up to 100 pounds of internal /external equipment to and from the JPARC remote sites. The Contractor will provide 130 hours of medium weight helicopter logistics and operations capable of transporting 4 (four) range personnel and up to 500 pounds of internal/external equipment to and from the JPARC remote sites. The Contractor shall be able and qualified to fly under Instrument Flight Rules (IFR) to provide 50 hours of medium weight helicopter logistics and operations capable of transporting 4 (four) range personnel and up to 500 pounds of internal/external equipment to and from the JPARC remote sites for flights departing before morning civil twilight and landing after evening civil twilight.   The systems and subsystems enable the JPARC management organization to support critical U.S. and Coalition Armed Forces Joint Service combat training exercises such as RED FLAG-Alaska (RF-A) and other Major Flying Exercises (MFEs). If helicopter support operations are not fulfilled, systems associated with the management of the JPARC will be unreachable during the winter months, potentially resulting in damaged/destroyed equipment, fuel spills from unmaintained generators and tanks, and many other hazards.
