PSC Codes: S201, 5680, 5610, and 9130.  NAICS Codes: 722320, 238120, 212321, and 424720 Description: This is a Pre-Solicitation Notice for multiple contract actions (Purchase Orders) in Indonesia across multiple locations during FY26.  Proposed purchase Orders include, but are not limited to: Catering services, Purchase and Delivery of Building Materials, Purchase and Delivery of Aggregate, and Purchase and Delivery of Fuel.  Performance for the first contract action is templated to start as early as August 2026.  

Specific services for Catering include, but are not limited to, providing catered meals to multiple locations throughout Indonesia (Gadot Subroto, Baturaja, Lampung, and PMPP) for 150-300 pax at each site from AUG-SEP 2026. All sites where food is prepared for U.S Soldiers will have to pass a thorough inspection from an environmental food safety officer. Building Materials and Aggregate will include the delivery of building materials or Aggregate throughout rural areas in Indonesia. Expedient delivery and quality of materials will be of the utmost importance.
