NOTICE OF INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Network Contracting Officer (NCO) 21, hereby provides notice of its intent to award a sole-source firm fixed price contract to the David J. Drakulich Art Foundation, a nonprofit organization uniquely qualified to provide specialized art instruction services tailored to veterans for the Sierra Nevada Health Care System, 975 Kirman Avenue, Reno, NV 89502. Requirement: Art Instructor Services to support veteran therapeutic and rehabilitative programs. Period of Performance: One (1) Base Year, plus Four (4) One Year Option Periods. NAICS Code: 611610 Authority: FAR 13.106 1(b)(1)(i) Only one responsible source is capable of providing the supplies or services that will satisfy agency requirements (Simplified Acquisition Procedures). The David J.
