Network 21 Contracting Office anticipates awarding a sole source procurement to Fidelis Sustainability Distribution, INC. NAICS Code 335132 - Commercial, Industrial, and Institutional Electric Lighting Fixture Manufacturing, with a size standard of 600 employees will be utilized. The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of VAAR 819.7008 due to the sole distributorship and continued need for this procurement. No solicitation will be issued. A determination to not compete this proposed contract is based solely within the discretion of the Government.
