Description
The purpose of this RFI is to conduct market research to identify capable sources, assess industry capability to meet the Government’s requirements, and gather information related to availability, production capacity, supply chain considerations, and Rough Order of Magnitude (ROM) pricing for offset and inkjet-treated paper products.
The Government Publishing Office (GPO) is seeking to enhance the quality and performance of congressional print products. Current operations primarily utilize web offset paper rolls. GPO is exploring a phased transition to inkjet-treated paper to support evolving printing technologies. The Government seeks to understand industry capability to supply both offset and inkjet-treated paper, including the ability to support a transition period where both product types may be required concurrently. Delivery will be required to one or more of the following locations: - Washington, DC Headquarters - Laurel, Maryland Facility
