This procurement seeks comprehensive Base Life Support (BLS) and Transportation services for the U.S. Army's Pacific Friendship 26 exercise in Vietnam. - Government Buyer: - U.S. Army Contracting Command, 0413 AQ HQ CONTRACT AUG, Fort Shafter, Hawaii - Products and Services Requested: - Base Life Support services, including: - Portable latrines (Western style chemical toilets), hand washing stations, 3-tank sanitation stations, trash cans and removal, laundry services, and grey water removal - Tents (with/without air conditioning and power generation), pop-up tents, power generation units, indoor lighting, fans, and fire extinguishers - Furniture: adjustable dental chairs, supply tables, heavy-duty tables, foldable chairs, and office/room dividers - Transportation services: - 30-40 passenger buses, 8- and 12-passenger vans, 4x4 trucks, cargo vans, and box trucks, all with drivers and maintenance - Interpreter/translator services: - Basic and specialized (medical, engineering, administrative) Vietnamese-English interpreters for multiple teams - Quantities (selected examples): - 311 interpreter service days, 7 buses, 78 eight-passenger vans, 180 twelve-passenger vans, 49 latrines, 25 tents with A/C and power, 99 dental chairs, 110 office dividers, 22 cargo vans, 900 gallons of grey water removal - Unique or Notable Requirements: - Contractor must provide all equipment, drivers, maintenance, cleaning, fueling, and waste disposal - Compliance with U.S. and Vietnamese laws and regulations, including the Berry Amendment for tents - All services must be delivered and maintained daily for the duration of the exercise - Locations include Dong Hoi, Son Thuy primary school, and Le Ninh primary school in Vietnam - OEMs and Vendors: - No specific OEMs or vendors are named; open to qualified providers able to meet requirements - Period of Performance: - Approximately 28 days, covering the duration of the Pacific Friendship 26 exercise - Place of Performance: - Dong Hoi, Quảng Trị, Vietnam, with contracting office at Fort Shafter, Hawaii
