Description
This opportunity is for SEAPORT NXG MAC HOLDERS ONLY and is a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) SET ASIDE. No other offers will be considered. SeaPort MAC holders will need to register for PIEE accounts in order to receive solicitations and submit proposals/offers.
Center for Security Forces (CENSECFOR) requires the services of qualified and certified weapons–based and medical support instructors per the Performance Work Statement (PWS) to conduct basic Expeditionary Combat Skills (ECS) for Navy personnel at CENSECFOR Detachment Gulfport, MS. The ECS course shall provide Navy Expeditionary Combat Command (NECC) and Naval Special Warfare (NSW) personnel with the necessary individual knowledge, skills and abilities to perform Basic Tactical Communications, Convoy Operations – Basic, Small Arms, Tactical Shooting, Counter Improvised Explosive Devices (C-IED), Mission Planning, Basic Tactical Movement, Basic Chemical, Biological, Radiological, Nuclear, and Explosive (CBRNE) Procedures, and Judgement-based Engagement Training (JET) / Tactical Decision Making (Shoot/Don’t Shoot).
The contractor will be required to manage instructors who will be presenting the Navy’s ECS course curriculum, provide remediation/testing assistance for students, support Academic Review Boards (ARB), provide logistical support related to weapons ranges, and transportation of personnel and weapons to the training locations.
