The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), National Center for Environmental Health, is seeking a contractor to provide proficiency testing materials for the Laboratory Response Network for Chemical Threats (LRN-C). - Government Buyer: - Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), Office of Acquisition Services - National Center for Environmental Health, Emergency Response Branch - Products/Services Requested: - Production and delivery of spiked biological samples (blood, urine, serum) for chemical threat agent detection - 10 samples per event, with a total of 30 samples delivered annually - Tasks span a base year and four option years (up to five years total) - Completion and delivery of event summary spreadsheets for each proficiency testing event (30 events annually) - Product Line Items: - LRN-C PT Materials (Tasks 1-10): 10 samples per event, 30 samples annually, for each contract year - LRN-C PT Materials (Task 11): One completed spreadsheet template per event, 30 events annually, for each contract year - Unique/Notable Requirements: - Samples must be spiked with chemical threat agents and suitable for laboratory proficiency testing - Deliveries are scheduled for multiple events each year - All work must comply with CDC protocols for chemical threat agent detection - OEMs and Vendors: - No specific OEMs or vendors are named in the solicitation - Delivery and Performance Locations: - CDC Chamblee Distribution Center (3719 North Peachtree Rd., Chamblee, GA 30341-2221) - Participating laboratories as designated by CDC - Contracting office at CDC Office of Acquisition Services, Chamblee Campus Building 108, 4770 Buford Highway, Atlanta, GA 30341-15948
