LAKE - EXTEND RAMP AT PEARCE FERRYThe National Park Service, ConOps West, has a requirement to extend existing boat launch ramp at Pearce Ferry in Lake Mead National Recreation Area. The work to construct this facility includes excavation, grading, placement of aggregate base, construction of cast-in-place concrete, and placement of riprap. The Contractor will be responsible for removing and reusing existing precast panels and pipe mat at the launch ramp The acquisition is subject to the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code of 237990 with a size standard of $45 million. This acquisition will be handled as an IFB prepared in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subparts 14 and 36. This project will be solicitated as 100% small business set-aside. A firm-fixed price contract award is contemplated. The project magnitude is estimated to be between $1.5M and $1.8M. Place of performance will be Mohave County, AZ.The official solicitation and its attachments will be issued on/or about May 12, 2026, and will be posted to SAM.gov.The contracting office will not provide hardcopies of the solicitation.
