NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center Norfolk is seeking a contractor to provide travel logistics support services for Commander, Naval Air Force Atlantic (CNAL): - Government Buyer: - U.S. Navy, Naval Supply Systems Command Fleet Logistics Center Norfolk (NAVSUP FLT LOG CTR NORFOLK) - Office: NAVSUP FLT LOG CTR NORFOLK - Services Requested: - Travel logistics support labor services for CNAL, including: - Travel administration and logistics - Reporting and analysis - Travel document and system support - Government Travel Charge Card (GTCC) program support - Centrally Billed Account (CBA) support - Emergent support as required - Products/Line Items: - Labor support for base year (12 months), three option years (12 months each), and a 6-month extension - Travel cost line items for each period, not to exceed $2,500 per year - Quantities and Part Numbers: - Labor: 12 months (base), 12 months (Option I), 12 months (Option II), 6 months (extension) - Travel: 1 per period, not to exceed $2,500 - Unique/Notable Requirements: - 100% Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business set-aside - Firm Fixed-Price contract - Place of performance is primarily at Naval Support Activity Hampton Roads, Norfolk, VA - No specific OEMs or commercial vendors are named; requirement is for professional services, not products

Description

The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2026-01.

The Government intends firm-fixed-price (FFP) contract for services. The associated NAICS code is 541611 with a small business size standard of $24.5M. This is a service-disabled veteran owned small business set aside. 

All quotes are due by the date and time specified in this posting and shall be submitted via email to the POC email address stated in this posting. Questions must be submitted via email no later than Wednesday April 29, 2026 at 11AM EST. 

Details on the requirement in reference to the period of performance, performance of work statement, submission and evaluation criteria are provided in the attached SF 1449.
