The Texas Health and Human Services Commission (HHSC) is seeking competitive bids to establish contracts for Standards, Consumables, and Instrument Parts used in the Organic Chemistry Group for analyzing drinking water samples. The purpose is to protect the quality of drinking water for the public in compliance with the Safe Drinking Water Act. Both HHSC and the Department of State Health Services (DSHS) will be entitled to use any contract awarded.
