Description
This is a COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION for Sole Source Solicitation to procure 300 Adobe Acrobat Professional Software Licenses Enterprise Feature Restricted Licensing Offline for My Navy Career Center/Navy Personnel Command to use to process travel claims at the OCONUS Personnel Support Detachments locations. in accordance with the information in FAR Subpart 12.6, using Simplified Acquisition Procedures under the test program for commercial items found at FAR 13, as supplemented with the additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; a written solicitation will not be issued. PAPER COPIES OF THIS SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE AVAILABLE. This combined synopsis/solicitation SHALL be posted on both the Procurement Integrated Enterprise Environment (PIEE) (https://piee.eb.mil/sol/xhtml/auth/index.xhtml) and System for Award Management (SAM) website (https://sam.gov/). It is the government?s intention and in the best interest of the government, based on the information provided from market research, to solicit this requirement as a small business HUBZone designated set-aside in accordance with FAR 19.1305. It is the responsibility of the contractor to be familiar with the applicable clauses and provisions. The NAICS code is 541519 and the Small Business Size Standard is $34.0 in millions of dollars. The anticipated contract type is firm fixed price to provide 300 Adobe Acrobat Professional Software Licenses for Navy Personnel Command. This solicitation documents and incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through FAC 2026-01 and DFARS Publication Notice 20251110.
