Description
This contract modification is adding and awarding 400 National Stock Numbers (NSNs) onto the current Contract SPE7LX-21-D-0007, which established a Long-Term, Requirements Contract, utilizing Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12 - Acquisition of Commercial Items procedures, that was awarded with a two (2)-Year Base Period, and four (4), two (2)-Year Option Periods, which may be exercised at the discretion of the Government. Contract SPE7LX-21-D-0007 will continue to support DLA Customer Direct Vendor Delivery (DVD) Orders to both Continental United States (CONUS) and Outside the Continental United States (OCONUS) locations, as well as Delivery Orders (DOs) to support DLA Direct (Stock) and Foreign Military Sales (FMS).
