Jefferson Patterson Park & Museum (JPPM) is seeking a firm to perform preventative maintenance and emergency repairs on the emergency and power backup generators as outlined in the attached Project Specifications entitled "Generator Maintenance" and Invitation for Bid form. The solicitation includes several attachments such as affidavits, a sample contract, and reference forms. A mandatory pre-bid conference is scheduled for May 11, 2026, at 9:00 am in the Maintenance Office. All responses must be submitted by the deadline of May 26, 2026, at 3:00 PM EST.
