Description
Small business organizations to provide a capability statement (cap. statement) that demonstrate their capability to perform the requirements as described in the draft Statement of Work (SOW). Key Tasks include:
1. CCDF Subject Matter Expertise and Content Technical Assistance (TA) - subject matter experts available to deliver TA related to requirements of the CCDF program including Strengthening Child Care Business Practices, Emergency Preparedness and Disaster Response and Recovery (EPDRR), Consumer Education and ChildCare.gov Content Management, Infant/Toddler and School-Age Child Care, Health, Safety and Licensing, and Supports for the Child Care Workforce.
2. Coordination and Data - coordination work done by the State and Territory Systems Specialists as well as the TA assessment and evaluation work OCC uses to ensure TA meets the needs of lead agencies and results in desired outcomes. The data support within this task also includes support for the triennial state/territory CCDF Plan.
3. Websites and Information Technology (IT) Systems - support for OCC websites and systems, including the TA Tracker, TA resources website, and ChildCare.gov site.
