Description
The Joint Base San Antonio chapel program has a requirement for a non-personal services contract for a vendor to provide a family retreat facilities and services located within a one-hour travel range of Fort Benning, Georgia. This retreat is in support of the Special Warfare Training Wing personnel assigned at Ft. Benning, Georgia.
We are seeking an offsite resort that can host a family retreat with the intent to assist with building healthy family relationships.
The vendor shall provide guest accommodation for a two-night stay from July 3-5, 2026, for up to 15 adults and 16 children, to include lodging, access to one conference room, audio/video equipment rental, customer service & technical support and access to all the resort amenities including the water park facilities.
Lodging: Provide 8 lodging rooms. Each guest room will have modern amenities to provide a peaceful environment throughout the retreat. Rooms must be smoke free. Amenities shall include microwave oven, mini fridge, coffee maker, ironing board and iron, in-room safe, HDTV, access to fitness center and high-speed internet. Handicapped-accessible rooms and Pack and Play for infants aged 3-years and under upon request. Each guest room shall feature two (2) queen beds with a queen size sofa sleeper and a full bathroom with tub.
Meals. The hotel shall provide dinner for the first evening, breakfast, lunch, dinner for the second day, and breakfast for the third day. The cost of meals shall not exceed the government per diem rate. Meals will be served via buffet.
Conference Room Access. Hotel shall provide one (1) conference room. Provide audio/video equipment to conduct a general presentation in the Primary conference room. Provide tables and chairs for up to 15 adults and 16 children.
Conference Room: Provide one (1) conference room for formal instruction. Shall provide visible signage on display mediums with retreat information. Shall provide the essential audio-video equipment to include projectors or large display screens, compatible cables (HDMI, VGA or DVI adapter), speakers, one (1) microphone (wireless preferred) and a presentation remote (wireless preferred) for easy navigation of presentation documentation. Shall provide round and/or rectangle tables with linens in each room.
Access to Resort Amenities: Vendor shall provide access to any resort amenities for the duration of the retreat.
