The National Park Service, Pearl Harbor National Memorial in Honolulu, Hawaii, is seeking a contractor for the comprehensive replacement and upgrade of fire alarm systems across multiple buildings at the memorial. - Government Buyer: - National Park Service, Pearl Harbor National Memorial (Department of the Interior) - Contracting offices and points of contact include the Alaska Regional Office and NPS, PWR - HONO MABO - Products and Quantities: - Six (6) UL-listed fire alarm panels (NSN: 7540-01-152-8067) - Six (6) UL-listed fire alarm control panels - Additional fire alarm system components by building: - Manual pull stations (various quantities per building, total over 30) - Smoke/heat detectors (various, total over 30) - Speaker/strobes, speakers only, visual-only strobes, horns (quantities vary by building) - Control power extender panels, monitor/control modules, duct detectors - Services Requested: - Removal and proper disposal of existing fire alarm panels and control panels - Installation of new UL-listed fire alarm panels and control panels - Testing, cleaning, and possible replacement of fire alarm system components - Inspection and maintenance of fire suppression systems (including pumps, valves, pipes, and sprinkler heads) in select buildings - Unique/Notable Requirements: - All fire alarm panels and control panels must be UL-listed and meet NFPA standards - Work must be performed during regular park business hours, with scheduling coordinated with the Contracting Officer Representative - The contract is a 100% small business set-aside under NAICS 238210 - Includes both equipment and installation, as well as fire suppression system inspection and maintenance - No specific OEMs or brands are named; the procurement is open to any manufacturer meeting UL and NFPA standards
