The Department of the Air Force, 55th Contracting Squadron at Offutt Air Force Base, is seeking sources for large-capacity, portable fuel storage solutions for USSTRATCOM operations. - Government Buyer: - Department of Defense, Department of the Air Force, Air Combat Command - 55th Contracting Squadron (55 CONS/PKT), Offutt Air Force Base - Products/Services Requested: - Two (2) 50,000-gallon collapsible fuel bladders with 6-inch adapter assemblies - Must comply with MIL-PRF-32233C military specification - Constructed of polyurethane reinforced with nylon - Approximate dimensions: 65 x 23 x 5.5 feet - Includes: 2-inch flange tank drain, 6-inch filler/discharge assembly, 4-inch ball valve assembly, 2-inch drain valve assembly, 6-inch cam-lock fittings, vent fitting with flame arrestor, and Type III repair kit - Must integrate with existing War Reserve Materiel fuel systems and match USAF/AFPET approved configurations - Designed for aviation fuel operations and safety standards - OEMs and Vendors: - No specific OEMs or vendors are named in the solicitation - Unique/Notable Requirements: - Delivery required within 30 days after contract award - Capability statements and company information requested from interested vendors - Feedback on NAICS code suitability requested - Place of Performance/Delivery: - Whiteman Air Force Base, Missouri - Contracting Office: - Offutt Air Force Base, Nebraska

All contractors capable of and interested in providing these fuel bladders are invited to respond. Any information provided to the Government as a result of this Sources Sought is voluntary and the Government will not pay for any information submitted. Respondents are required to submit capability packages, as described below. Capabilities packages should include up to a 3-page capability summary. Text should be no smaller than 11-point font and include: Company Information: Provide company name, address, a point of contact with e-mail address and telephone number, Cage Code, Unique Entity Identifier and business size. Your company must be registered in System for Award Management (SAM). To register, go to https://www.sam.gov. Small Business: Small business respondents to this announcement should indicate whether they are a small business, 8(a) concern, veteran-owned small business, service-disabled veteran-owned small business, HUB Zone small business, small disadvantaged business, women-owned small business, etc. NAICS Request: As stated in paragraph A.5. above, the contractor provide feedback and justification if a different NAICS code would be more suitable for this effort.
