Sealed proposals will be received by Spalding County for the SPALDING COUNTY 2022 TSPLOST SIDEWALK IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM - NORTH HILL STREET SIDEWALK. The project involves construction of approximately 2,703 linear feet of 5-foot wide sidewalk, installation of related storm structures and piping, driveway and street crosswalk striping, LED crosswalks, concrete retaining walls, a Contech 26" x 5" steel pedestrian bridge, and required grading. Bidding documents are available from LJA Engineering, Inc. Proposals must be submitted by 2:00 PM local time on June 2, 2026, and will be publicly opened and read aloud at that time.
