Description
The City of Roswell is seeking GDOT Prequalified Contractors to construct corridor improvements along Riverside Road from Riviera Road to Old Alabama Road. The project includes a roundabout at River Lake Drive, intersection improvements at Riviera Road, Taimen Drive, Dogwood Road, and Old Alabama Road, addition of bike lanes, enhanced sidewalks and multi-use trail, closed system drainage, utility installation, paving, lighting, landscaping, and all other necessary items for project completion. Contractors must be prequalified with GDOT and coordinate with adjacent city projects. The project duration is 730 calendar days with liquidated damages for delays.
