The U.S. Air Force, through the 9th Maintenance Squadron at Beale Air Force Base, is seeking sources for bi-annual preventative maintenance and servicing of Automated Cleaning Technologies, Inc. (ACT) Model Super 4X parts washer systems. - Government Buyer: - U.S. Air Force, 9th Maintenance Squadron, Beale Air Force Base - OEMs and Vendors: - Automated Cleaning Technologies, Inc. (ACT) is the specified OEM for the parts washer systems - Products/Services Requested: - Bi-annual preventative maintenance and servicing for two ACT Model Super 4X parts washer systems - Includes inspection, cleaning, testing, mechanical, pneumatic, and electrical system maintenance - Removal and disposal of used solvent and sludge, cleaning of tank interiors, and refilling with approximately 318 gallons of fresh solvent per service - Replacement of worn or defective parts with OEM or approved equal components (minor replacements pre-authorized up to $500 total cost) - Hazardous waste disposal and compliance with EPA, OSHA, and RCRA standards - Unique/Notable Requirements: - Contractor must provide all labor, materials, fresh solvent, and hazardous waste disposal - Maintenance must be coordinated with the government POC and scheduled at least 14 business days in advance - Strict compliance with environmental and safety regulations is required - Service is for two specific ACT Model Super 4X units (serial numbers ACT471619-01 and ACT471619-02) located at Beale AFB, Building 1086, Room 169
