The Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) Maritime - Puget Sound is seeking to procure specialized electrical plug assemblies for use in naval applications. - Government Buyer: - Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) Maritime - Puget Sound, Contracting Division (DLA-PME), Bremerton, WA - DLA Weapons Support Puget Sound - OEM Highlight: - Lockheed Martin Engineering & Sciences Co. is the sole source and specified Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) for the required assemblies - Products/Quantities/Part Numbers: - 14 units of Anode Plug Assembly -501 (Electrical Plug Assembly) - Lockheed Martin Part Number: BF2-1A08437-501 - Used for Type "H" Anode or Reference Cell, plugs into Penetrator Type BF2-1A08436-501 - Previously stocked under NIIN 01-458-1179 (now terminal) - Notable Requirements: - Sole source procurement due to proprietary design and compatibility with existing systems - Bidders must provide manufacturer name, country of origin, CAGE code, and lead time - Supply chain traceability, packaging, marking, and inspection at Puget Sound Naval Shipyard required - Electronic invoicing via WAWF - Item is considered commercial off-the-shelf (COTS) and may be exempt from NIST SP 800-171 cybersecurity requirements if properly identified - Delivery/Place of Performance: - Delivery to Puget Sound Naval Shipyard, Bremerton, WA - Inspection and acceptance at destination

ELECTRONIC SUBMISSION OF QUOTES IS AVAILABLE THROUGH THE SAM WEBSITE.

If choosing to quote, please complete and return the solicitation packet to me by the closing date to be considered.  

IN ORDER TO BE DEEMED RESPONSIVE, THE SOLICITATION MUST BE COMPLETED IN ITS ENTIRETY, AND MUST INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING:

1. Fill out box 17A, then Read box 28 and sign page 1 boxes 30 a, b, and c.

2. Provide your cage code.

3. Please quote FOB Destination Bremerton, WA.

4. Annotate the lead time.

5. Annotate the name of the manufacturer, and the products country of manufacturing.

6. Return this information with your quote.

In order to be considered for award, if the contractor (awardee) is required to implement NIST SP 800-171, the contractor (awardee) shall have a current assessment as detailed in DFARS 252.204-7019 (I.E., not more than 3 years old unless a lesser time is specified in the solicitation)

Items deemed to be Commercial Off The Shelf (COTS) are exempt from NIST SP 800-171 requirement.  Must identify and provide information to contracting officer on bid during solicitation period
