The U.S. Army is seeking a contractor to provide comprehensive bulk water support services for Army Reserve training at Fort Hunter Liggett, California. - Government Buyer: - U.S. Army, 84th Training Command (TC), 91st Training Division - Contracting administered by MICC Fort McCoy (RC), KO Directorate of Contracting - Products and Services Requested: - Daily delivery of up to 80,000 gallons of potable water to multiple training sites - 22,000 gallons/day to six fixed sites (showers, laundry, field feeding) - 58,000 gallons/day to seven roaming sites (refilling water buffalos and equipment) - Daily removal and disposal of up to 80,000 gallons of grey water from multiple locations - Provision and management of grey water containers: - Five 1,000-gallon containers - Thirteen 3,000-gallon containers - Supply of specialized ruggedized water delivery vehicles (400-gallon trailers to 2,000-gallon tankers) - Containerized or vehicle-mounted units for grey water collection, treatment, and recycling - Maintenance of detailed service and delivery logs, with reporting requirements - Unique or Notable Requirements: - Contractor must provide all labor, equipment, supplies, transportation, and supervision - Performance incentives and disincentives based on quality and compliance - Compliance with safety and security requirements - Submission of Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS) with offers - Small business set-aside - No specific OEMs or commercial vendors are named in the solicitation - Place of Performance: - Fort Hunter Liggett, California (primary service location) - Contracting office at Fort McCoy, Wisconsin - Period of Performance: - 27 days, with daily operations during specified hours

Description

The Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to provide potable water delivery and gray water removal as defined in this Performance Work Statement (PWS). The period of performance shall be 01 July 2026 - 27 July 2026
