Wake County, North Carolina is seeking proposals from qualified vendors to provide ongoing digital public library materials for the Wake County Public Library (WCPL) system. The selected vendor will supply digital titles in eBook and eAudiobook formats, as well as a selection of digital magazines and newspapers.
