This is a request for professional design services for the additions and renovations of the new Brentwood Public Works & Parks Maintenance Facility located at 288 Hanley Industrial Court, Brentwood, Missouri. The scope includes building demolition, minor exterior improvements, a small addition, site improvements, interior renovations, and minor structural modifications. The project budget is approximately $4.375 million for construction costs and $6.8 million for total project costs excluding site acquisition. The design services cover architectural, structural, civil, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, permitting, and other related disciplines from concept through completion.
