Iowa State University of Science and Technology (ISU) is soliciting proposals from qualified contractors to provide annual inspections on 61 emergency generators located in various buildings on the ISU Campus for the Facilities Planning & Management (FP&M) Department. The scope includes full maintenance inspections, fuel analysis, sparkplug inspection, oil and coolant analysis, and reporting. Work is to be performed during July each year, with a contract term from July 1, 2026, through June 30, 2031. Contractors must comply with specified insurance and technical standards and attend a pre-bid meeting and site visit.
