Description

Under Statutory Authority Public Law 109 Sec. 502 and VAAR 819.7008, the Government anticipates entering into a sole-source procurement with JTM ENTERPRISE, LLC. a certified/verified Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) for Janitorial services at the Clement J. Zablocki VAMC located in Milwaukee, WI (restroom cleaning only). A determination that only one SDVOSB can meet the requirement is not required. This notice is not a request for competitive quotes. This award with be for a base year contract ($143,195.22 for base year) with four (4) additional Option Years, which may be awarded at the discretion of the Government.
