Description
The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) Sources Sought announcement is issued to conduct market research and identify parties interested in, and with the resources to support, the Kuwait Ministry of Defense (KMOD), Kuwait Air Force (KAF) fixed-wing aircraft platform, and associated facilities and installations throughout the Country of Kuwait. The contemplated requirement is for facility maintenance and support services, to include recurring preventive maintenance, corrective maintenance, inspections, repairs, spare parts procurement, inventory management, incidental minor construction, and other related support services under a potential Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ), Single Award Task Order Contract (SATOC), with an anticipated five-year ordering period. As a result of this market research, the U.S. Government will gain a better understanding of industry capabilities for this potential future requirement. The Government is currently contemplating soliciting this requirement on a Full and Open basis. Interested parties who consider themselves qualified are invited to submit a Statement of Capabilities in response to this notice.
